Step 1: Lightly Sand the Surface

Use high-grit sandpaper (800–1500 grit) to gently scuff the shiny layer. This helps the paint stick better by giving the surface some grip.

Step 2: Clean with Preparer & Deglazer

Wipe down the area with Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer using a microfiber towel or cotton ball. This removes oils, dust, and any leftover gloss.

Step 3: Apply Adhesion:

Once dry, apply Adhesion Promoter, This makes sure your paint holds up on slick surfaces like patent or vinyl.
