How long will my order take to arrive?
Ground Advantage takes about 2 to 7 business days and Priority about 1 to 3, plus processing time.
What is Rush Processing?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day with Rush Processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $49 or more ship free, added automatically at checkout.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Some deliveries may need a signature, so make sure someone can receive the package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. No aerosols, flammable liquids, or anything over 8 oz. outside the U.S.
My package was supposed to arrive today but didn't. What should I do?
Give it 1 to 2 more business days. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us to check the address.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What now?
Packages often arrive 2 to 4 days after being marked delivered. Check with neighbors and your local post office.
What do "Unfulfilled" and "Fulfilled" mean?
Unfulfilled means still processing. Fulfilled means packed and shipped, with a tracking email sent.
Which items have shipping restrictions?
Some flammable items only ship within the lower 48 states, and regular Leather Dye can't ship to California. Low VOC Leather Dye can.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California.
How do I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact our team as soon as possible and we'll update the address on your order.
