If your payment was declined but appears as "pending" or "processing" on your account, it is likely due to an incorrect billing address or postal code. The billing details entered at checkout must match those associated with your card.
When the information doesn’t match, your bank may place a temporary hold on the funds as a fraud prevention measure. Angelus Direct does not receive the funds, and they should be released back into your account within a few days (or hours, typically). If the charge does not clear, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
