Our return policy allows for the return of most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. However, there are exceptions. We regret that we cannot accept returns for Luxury Leather Laces, partial KITS & Airbrushes, once their plastic packaging/seal has been removed.

Please be aware that items shipped via mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements under any circumstances.

Regrettably, used products cannot be returned. Our inability to verify alterations or mixing necessitates that we can only accept new and unused products for returns.
