What Should I Do if My Order is Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email us right away at [email protected] so we can make it right. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Details about the issue so we can understand exactly what happened

You can also report the damage directly to the shipping carrier, especially if the packaging shows visible damage. This helps speed up the claims process on both ends.
